It is your responsibility to contact us if you need to cancel an appointment or if you will be late, absent or withdrawing from a workshop. Leave a message on our answering machine if calling outside business hours. Regular and punctual attendance is expected in all situations. If you miss part of a workshop, you may not be allowed to continue to attend.
